Condolence message on the passing on of Zambia Police Deputy Spokesperson, Mr Danny Mwale
The Board, Management and staff of Panos Institute Southern Africa (PSAf) are deeply saddened by the passing on of former Zambia Police Deputy Spokerspon, Mr Danny Mwale, who died in Lusaka on 30th August 2024.
Mr Mwale was a strong advocate for information integrity, and actively participated in several of our activities to address information pollution, particularly under the iVerify Zambia Fact Checking and Response Mechanism. In all our interactions with him, Mr Mwale presented himself as an approachable figure, who was always available to render his services whenever requested.
We will greatly miss his services. We pray for God’s comfort and strength upon Mr Mwale’s family, friends, colleagues and all those he touched.
May His Soul Rest in Eternal Peace.
